What size custom shirt should I order?
Measure a shirt you already like, lying flat, across the chest and down the length, and match it to the charts below. All garments are unisex adult sizes in inches. If you are ordering for a group and cannot ask everyone, there is a size split at the bottom of the page.
How do I measure a shirt I own?

Lay it flat
On a table, front up, smoothed out with no stretching.

Chest width
Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other. This is the number in the chest column.

Body length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the bottom hem.
Chest width is measured flat, so double it for the chest circumference. Garment measurements can vary by about half an inch from the chart because cotton is cut and sewn, not machined.

How does unisex sizing work for a mixed team?
Unisex means one cut for everyone, based on a men's block. Most men take their usual size. Most women take one size down from their usual women's size for a fitted look, or their usual size for a relaxed look. The Premium Soft Tee is the slimmest cut and the Classic Cotton Tee the roomiest, so a team that wants a fitted shirt is happier on the premium tee and a crew that wants coverage is happier on the classic.
When in doubt, send the chart to the team with the three-step measuring method above. It takes each person a minute and removes the guesswork.
What size split should I order for a group?
For 20 adults you cannot ask, order 2 S, 6 M, 6 L, 4 XL and 2 2XL (10% S, 30% M, 30% L, 20% XL, 10% 2XL) and scale it to your number:

Shift one size up for a general-public crowd and one size down for a run club. Add two spares in M and L. Every size counts toward the same quantity price break, so the split does not change what you pay per shirt, except that 2XL and above add a little.
Sizing questions
Are the sizes unisex or men's?

Unisex, which is cut like a men's shirt. There is no separate women's cut. For a fitted look on a smaller frame, the Premium Soft Tee is the slimmest garment; for a relaxed look, the Classic Cotton Tee in the usual size.
Does the Premium Soft Tee run small?

It runs slim, not short. The chest is about the same as the classic tee in the same size but the cut is closer through the body and sleeves. If you like room, order one size up.
How do I measure a shirt I already own?

Lay it flat, smooth it out, and measure across the chest from armpit seam to armpit seam for the chest width. Then measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, straight down to the hem for the length. Match those two numbers to the chart.
What size split should I order for a group?

For 20 adults you cannot ask: 2 S, 6 M, 6 L, 4 XL and 2 2XL. Scale it up or down in the same proportions (10% S, 30% M, 30% L, 20% XL, 10% 2XL), and add a couple of spares in M and L.
Do larger sizes cost more?

Sizes 2XL and up cost a little more because those shirts cost us more; the exact amount is shown next to the size box in the studio. Sizes XS to XL are the table price.
Do you have youth or kids' sizes?

Not yet. Adult XS on the tees is the smallest we offer and fits many older kids. Contact us if you need youth sizes for a large order and we will quote a supplier.
Can I change sizes after ordering?

Yes, until you approve the proof, which arrives within 24 hours of ordering. Reply to the proof email with the new breakdown. After approval the order is in production and sizes are locked.
Can I mix sizes in one order?

Yes. All sizes on one design count toward the same price break. 2XL and up cost a little more, shown next to the size box.
