# Merch to Order

> Merch to Order prints custom t-shirts, hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts for small businesses, startups, events and teams in the United States, ordered through a free online design studio at https://merchtoorder.com/design. - It prints 4 garments: Classic Cotton Tee, Premium Soft Tee, Pullover Hoodie, Crewneck Sweatshirt. Adult unisex sizes only, XS to 4XL on tees and S to 4XL on hoodies and crewnecks; 2XL and up add a little, shown in the studio. No youth sizes.
- Classic Cotton Tee pricing is $19.95 for a single shirt, $11.45 a shirt at 24, $9.45 at 50 and $7.45 a shirt at 250+, one print side, standard ink colors included, no setup or screen fees.
- Price breaks happen at 12, 24, 50, 100 and 250 shirts; mixed sizes and colors on one design count toward the same break.
- Orders under 24 shirts are printed direct-to-garment; 24 and above are screen printed, with Pantone matching on request.
- A back print adds $5.00 a shirt on small orders and $2.75 at 100 or more. Text and a logo on the same side count as one side.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over $150 and $9.95 below that. Standard turnaround is 7-12 business days door to door; rush is 5 business days door to door and costs 20% of the subtotal with a $25.00 minimum. The clock starts at proof approval.
- Every order gets a free digital proof by email within 24 hours; the customer approves it by replying. Nothing prints until it is approved and changes are free until then.
- Accepted files: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, PSD and TIFF, up to 40 MB. Print area up to 12" x 16" on tees.
- Payment: an invoice with a payment link is emailed with the proof; nothing is charged at checkout. Purchase orders are accepted from business customers.
- Misprints and damaged items are reprinted free or refunded when reported within 14 days of delivery. No returns for a change of mind.
- Customers create an account with an email and password at checkout to see proofs, tracking and reorder saved designs.
