What if something goes wrong?
Most problems are blurry art, wrong sizes or a missed date. Here is how we catch each one.
Blurry artwork
Send a PNG with a transparent background. The studio warns you when an image is too small to print sharp at the size you set, and the proof catches the rest.
Wrong sizes
The size guide lists chest and length in inches. The proof email repeats your size list.
Missed deadlines
Rush is 5 business days door to door. Put the date in the order notes and the proof email confirms whether it fits.
Wrong colors
The proof shows the shirt color and ink color together before we print.

What file types can I upload for my design?

PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and SVG, plus PDF, EPS, AI, PSD and TIFF, up to 40 MB. A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file prints best. The studio cannot show a preview of a PDF, AI, EPS, PSD or TIFF file, but it is attached to your order and your proof shows the real artwork.
Do I get to see a proof before printing?

Yes, always. We email a proof within 24 hours of your order. Nothing prints until you approve it, and changes are free until then.
How long do custom t-shirts take?

Standard orders take 7-12 business days door to door. Rush takes 5 business days door to door. The clock starts when you approve the proof.
Can I reorder the same shirts later?

Yes. Every design is saved to your account. Open the old order, click Reorder, set the new sizes and check out.
