Sponsors on the back
A back print adds $2.75 a shirt at 100 or more. Any number of ink colors on the sponsor block is included in that price; there is no per-color charge. A sponsor block costs a fraction of what the sponsors paid.
Sizes for people you have not met
Use 10 S, 30 M, 30 L, 20 XL and 10 2XL per 100 and add a few spares in M and L. Tees run XS to 4XL and hoodies and sweatshirts run S to 4XL, all adult unisex. No youth sizes yet.
How do people use it?
Five common orders, the garment we would pick for each, and the price per shirt at that quantity. Every number comes from the same price table as checkout.
Conference attendee shirts
Event name on the front, sponsor logos on the back. Order for registrations plus a buffer.

At 100 shirts the back print drops to $2.75 each. A mixed size split all counts toward the same price. Only the 2XL shirts cost a little more.

How far ahead should I order event shirts?

Three weeks is comfortable. Standard is 7-12 business days door to door after you approve the proof, which arrives within 24 hours. Under two weeks, pick rush (5 business days door to door).
How do I pick sizes when I do not know who is coming?

For 100 adults use 10 S, 30 M, 30 L, 20 XL and 10 2XL. Go a size up for a general crowd, a size down for a run club. Order a few extra. All sizes are adult unisex; there are no youth sizes yet, and an adult XS fits many older kids.
What if some sizes run short?

Order spares now: about 10 percent extra in M, L and XL. A top-up later is a reorder from your saved design, priced by its own quantity, so 10 more shirts cost $19.95 each rather than $8.25, and take the same turnaround as a new order. Spares at the bulk price are the cheaper insurance.
Can I put sponsor logos on the back?

Yes. Upload the sponsor block as one image on the back. It adds $3.50 a shirt at 24 and $2.75 at 100. Ask sponsors for high-resolution logos.
Can volunteers get a different color than attendees?

Yes. Add the same design as a second item, change the shirt color and set its own sizes. Everything ships together.
What does rush cost and how fast is it?

Rush is 5 business days door to door. It costs a percentage of the subtotal, shown before you pay. Worth it when the date is fixed.
What if the shirts arrive late or damaged?

Turnaround is an estimate, not a guarantee, so put the event date in the order notes and choose rush if it is close. If we see we cannot make a rush date, we tell you before printing and refund the rush fee. Damaged or misprinted shirts are reprinted or refunded; email a photo within 14 days.
