Merch to Order is an online custom apparel printer built for small businesses and startups. We print 4 garments with your design on the front and back, publish every price, send a proof before anything is printed, and put a tracking number on every box.
What do we believe?
Ordering shirts for a team should not need a phone call, a quote form or a minimum. Four rules follow from that, and every page on this site is built around them.
Published prices
Every garment has a price table at every quantity, and the studio shows your exact total as you type sizes. No setup fees, no screen charges. The pricing page and checkout use the same numbers.
A free digital proof before anything is printed.
Within 24 hours of ordering a person checks your artwork and emails a proof. Changes are free until you approve it, and nothing is printed until you do.
No minimums. Order one shirt or one thousand.
Small orders are printed direct-to-garment, which needs no setup, so one shirt is priced fairly. Orders of 24 or more are screen printed and the price drops.
A tracking number on every order.
Standard orders arrive in 7-12 business days door to door and shipping is free over $150. The tracking number is emailed when the box ships and shown on your order page.

Shirts arrive in 7-12 business days door to door. We email a tracking number when they ship.

Every order is printed to your approved proof: direct-to-garment under 24 shirts and screen printed at 24 or more. The garments are standard wholesale shirts, and each product page names the comparable one so you know what you are getting.
