Returns and reprints
Last updated September 25, 2026
Custom printed goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. Anything that does not match your approved proof is reprinted or refunded free. Report it within 14 days of delivery with photos. Refunds go back to the card, or as a credit note for invoice customers.
1. Why we cannot accept returns for a change of mind
Every item we ship is printed with your design after you approved a proof, so it cannot be resold and cannot be returned because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong shirt color, or no longer need it. That is why we send a digital proof within 24 hours of ordering and print nothing until you approve it, and why we offer single-shirt samples with no minimum. Check the proof, and if you are unsure about fit or fabric, order one first.
2. What we reprint or refund for free
We reprint, or refund if you prefer, any order that does not match what you approved. That covers misprints (wrong design, wrong side, missing print, smeared or incomplete ink), the wrong garment or garment color, sizes that differ from the size breakdown on the approved proof, goods damaged before or during delivery, and shortages where the box contains fewer shirts than you ordered.
If only some shirts are affected, we reprint those. If the whole order is affected, we reprint the order. We may ask you to return the affected items with a prepaid label, or to dispose of them, depending on the problem.
3. How to report a problem
Email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking, with your order number, a short description, and photos that show the problem clearly (the whole shirt, plus a close-up of the defect, and the size label if it is a size issue). Photos let us approve most claims the same day without waiting for anything to be shipped back.
Reports after 14 days are handled case by case; we still want to know, but we may not be able to reprint.
4. What counts as a defect and what is normal variation
A defect is a difference from the approved proof or a fault in the goods. Normal variation is the small difference that exists between any two printed garments, and it is not a defect.
Defects include: a design printed on the wrong side, the wrong color garment, missing or unreadable print, ink that flakes or peels on first wash, holes or stains on arrival, and sizes that do not match the proof. Normal variation includes: slight color variation between the proof on your screen and the printed ink or the dyed fabric (screens are backlit, fabric is not), print placement within one inch of the position shown on the proof, small differences in garment measurements between shirts (mills allow about an inch), and the soft, slightly muted look of direct-to-garment prints on dark shirts compared with screen prints.
For screen-printed orders with Pantone codes in the notes, we match the ink to the code; if the printed ink is visibly a different color from the code, that is a defect.
5. How a reprint is prioritized
Approved reprints go to the front of the production queue and are printed in about 3 business days, then shipped with the faster shipping option at no charge, with a new tracking number. We use the same approved design, garment and colors, and we send you a confirmation of the reprint quantities by size before printing so we do not repeat the error.
6. Refunds
If you choose a refund instead of a reprint, or a reprint is not possible, we refund the affected items and a proportional share of shipping to the original payment method within five business days of approving the claim. Card refunds can take a few more days to appear depending on your bank. Invoice customers receive a credit note.
7. Problems with the proof itself
If the shirts match the proof but the proof was wrong (a typo you did not catch, an old logo version, a size you mistyped), the order is not defective, and a corrected order is a new order at the normal price. We will help you set it up quickly from your saved design, and we prioritize it where we can.
