How fast can I get custom shirts?
Rush custom shirts are 5 business days door to door: 3 business days to print plus 2 to ship, for 20% of the subtotal with a $25.00 minimum. Standard is 7-12 business days door to door. Both count from the moment you approve the proof, so approve it the day it lands.
When does the clock start?
When you approve the proof. It arrives within 24 hours of ordering. Approve it the same day and you lose nothing.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Not abroad yet. Contact us for a quote.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on box size and where it is going.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when the box ships. It is also on the track page with your order number and email, no sign-in needed. Before it ships, the same page shows the order status.
Late or damaged?
Late: check the tracking link first. If it has not moved in 3 business days, email us the order number and we ask the carrier to find it. If we see we cannot make a rush date, we tell you before printing and refund the rush fee.
Damaged or wrong: email a photo within 14 days. We reprint or refund. Details on the returns page.
Ordering for a date?
Order three weeks ahead. That covers the proof, printing and shipping with a few days to spare. Add a week in late November and December. Put the date in the order notes.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not through the website yet. Email [email protected] with the destination and quantity and we will quote it.
Which carrier will deliver my order?

UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, depending on box size and destination. Your tracking email names the carrier.
Can I ship to a PO box?

Small orders, yes, by USPS. Large orders go UPS or FedEx and need a street address.
Can I split an order between two addresses?

Not in one order. Place two orders, one per address. Each gets its own tracking number.
My package says delivered but I do not have it. What now?

Check with neighbors or the front desk and give it until the next business day; most turn up. Still missing? Email us the order number and we ask the carrier to find it, and reship if needed.
Can I track my order?
