How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, usually the same day during Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. Proof questions on an order in progress are answered by replying to the proof email, which is the quickest route.
Do I need to contact you to get a price?

No. Every price is published on the pricing page and the studio shows your exact total as you type sizes, no email required. Contact us when you need a written quote, an order over 5,000 shirts, or a garment we do not list.
What should I include for a quote?

The garment, the quantity by size, the number of print sides, the number of ink colors, the shipping ZIP code and the date you need them by. Attach or describe the artwork. With that we can quote the same day. Runs of 24 or more can be Pantone matched; say so if it matters.
I have a question about an order I already placed. What do I include?

The order number from your confirmation email (it looks like MB-10042) and the email you ordered with. If it is about the proof, reply to the proof email instead; changes are free until you approve it and the proof arrives within 24 hours of ordering.
Can I order more than the website allows?

Online orders are capped at 5,000 shirts. For larger runs, or for items we do not list, contact [email protected] with the details and we send a written quote.
Do you have a phone number?

No. Email and this form reach the people who handle proofs and printing. A written thread also keeps the artwork and sizes in one place.
