Shirts arrive in 7-12 business days door to door. We email a tracking number when they ship.
What happens after I place the order?
You get a confirmation email with an order number. A person checks your design.
Within 24 hours they email you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so a typo or a blurry logo costs you nothing.
What should I check on the proof?
The proof shows your exact shirt: the color, each print side and the art at its real size and position.
Check spelling, logo size and placement, the shirt and ink colors together, and the size list. Reply with changes, or approve.
How do you print it?
Under 24 shirts we print direct-to-garment, straight from your file. At 24 or more we screen print, which gives bolder color and a lower price.
Printing takes 5 to 7 business days after you approve, or 5 business days door to door with rush.
How do I track it?
We email a tracking number when the box ships. It also shows on your order page.
Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days and is free over $150. No sign-in needed on the track page.
What do I need before I start?
A logo, or just words
A PNG with a transparent background is best. No logo? Type the text in the studio.
A rough count by size
You can change sizes until you approve the proof.
A date, if there is one
Put it in the order notes. Under two weeks away? Pick rush at checkout.
Questions about the process
Do I have to pay before I see the proof?

Yes, checkout comes first. But nothing prints until you approve the proof, and you can cancel for a full refund before then.
What if I want to change the design after ordering?

Reply to the proof email with the change. Changes are free until you approve. After that the shirts are in production.
Can I place an order without an account?

You can design without one. At checkout you set an email and password. That is how you get your proof and tracking.
What file types can I upload for my design?

PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and SVG, plus PDF, EPS, AI, PSD and TIFF, up to 40 MB. A PNG with a transparent background or a vector file prints best. The studio cannot show a preview of a PDF, AI, EPS, PSD or TIFF file, but it is attached to your order and your proof shows the real artwork.
How long do custom t-shirts take?

Standard orders take 7-12 business days door to door. Rush takes 5 business days door to door. The clock starts when you approve the proof.
Can I track my order?

Yes. We email a tracking number when it ships. You can also look it up on the track page with your order number and email.
Can I reorder the same shirts later?

Yes. Every design is saved to your account. Open the old order, click Reorder, set the new sizes and check out.
