Why does the price drop at 24 shirts?

At 24 we switch to screen printing. Screens take time to set up but cost almost nothing per shirt, so the more shirts, the cheaper each one. There are no screen fees. The setup is in the price.

How should I split sizes for a bulk order?

When you cannot ask everyone, use 10% S, 30% M, 30% L, 20% XL and 10% 2XL. For 100 shirts:

Go a size larger for a general crowd, a size smaller for a run club, and order a few extra. The size guide has measurements.

Standard or rush?

Standard: 7-12 business days door to door

Included. The clock starts when you approve the proof, which arrives within 24 hours. Pick standard when you have three weeks or more.

Rush: 5 business days door to door

Adds 20% of the subtotal, $25.00 minimum, shown before you pay. Pick it when the date is under two weeks away.

Bulk order questions

What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?

24 shirts. That is where we switch to screen printing and a Classic Cotton Tee drops to $11.45. There is a smaller break at 12.

Do you match Pantone colors on bulk orders?

Yes, at 24 or more. Put the codes in the order notes and the proof names the colors.

Can I mix designs and still get the bulk price?

Each design is priced by its own quantity. Two designs of 50 are priced at 50, not 100. Mixed sizes and shirt colors on one design do count together.

Can my company pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Contact us with the PO and we send an invoice with a payment link.

Should I order a sample before a bulk run?

If you have never worn the garment, yes. One tee is $19.95. Check the fit and placement, then reorder the full run from the saved design.

How long does a bulk order take?

7-12 business days door to door after you approve the proof, or 5 business days door to door with rush. Over 500 shirts may need a day or two more. Tell us the date in the order notes.
